Mount Calvary Lutheran Church

The Eagan Resource Center is holding it’s 2nd Annual Empty Bowls event on March 31, 2011. The community-wide event will be held from 11 am to 7 pm in the fellowship hall of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, located at 3930 Rahn Road in Eagan.
Guests are invited to choose a handmade bowl, make a donation, enjoy a simple meal of soup and bread, and bring their bowl home as a reminder of those that hunger in our community. Diners will also be able to participate in the ART10 drawing by buying chances on a variety of ten art pieces—pottery, jewelry, fabric art and more—created and donated by local artists.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Eagan Resource Center, the largest food shelf in Dakota County. The ERC is a nonprofit organization committed to serving those in need and to eliminating hunger in Dakota County.
