Excelsior Lake Minnetonka Historical Society Museum

A museum in the old depot building in Excelsior, featuring history of the town and of Lake Minnetonka. Includes memorabilia from the old Excelsior Amusement Park. The Excelsior Lake Minnetonka Historical Society serves the communities of Deephaven, Excelsior, Greenwood, Shorewood and Tonka Bay. The Society's museum and archives are free and open to the public, and hold the largest collection of historical artifacts and documents of the area.
