This course is for beekeepers with at least 1 year of experience and for people that have already taken the beginners course. The focus will be on wintering colonies, making divides in the spring to prevent swarming, integrated pest management for disease and mite control without chemicals and planting for honeybees based on the environmental developments over the last 12 years. First time beekeepers please register for the beginners course in March.
Deadline: Registration and payment must be received by Thursday, October 18.
Program Fee: $35/person.
Members: $30/person
