The Maplewood Nature Center is home to wildlife such as deer, mink, owls and other species. The self guided trails wind through 40 acres of oakwoods, ponds and prairie. You can drop by the visitor center to inquire about scheduled programs, inquire about snowshoe and binocular rental and pick up a trail map. The visitor center also offers a class-room amphitheatre with free nature exhibits for families. The conference room is available for rent. We offer birthday party packages.
