Dash & Splash 5K

Each year we try to improve upon our popular Polar Bear Plunge fundraiser by offering our participants bigger and better ways to get involved. In 2011, we expanded our largest Plunge at Lake Calhoun to include a Minneapolis 5K along with the Plunge event. Participants can choose to run or walk the 5K; take the Plunge; or do both, if they're brave enough!
