Project Management: Core

This course, held Tues nights from Feb 28 - Mar 20, will provide you an opportunity to learn and apply basic project management tools and interpersonal skills. The course is hands-on and develped for you to work on projects from your own workplace. The four phases of project management are covered: Definition, Detailed Planning, Working and Completion. Materials are included as a reference guide and workbook to help you at work after the class is over.
