Now that MM has a full-service Meat Department, take advantage of the many available cuts by learning what each of them offers you as a cook. We'll explore what to look for, what to ask for, and how to cook beef, lamb, and pork. Extensive handouts provided, along with samples of different cuts cooked in optimal ways.
