The Founding of a Village: North St. Paul’s Early Days

North St. Paul wasn't built in a day (it actually took about seven months!). Come and explore the founding of the village of North St. Paul and learn about Henry Castle's vision of a manufacturing town with affordable housing for its workers. Historic photographs will illustrate the program.
